Written in a conversational style, the occasionally self-referential entries often site \u201cexperts,\u201d such as Jorge Luis Borges and Gustave Flaubert, as well as texts including the Old Testament and the Etz Hayim. Each account concludes with symbol  denoting the creature\u2019s potential kosherness.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p><span class=\"postbody\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kosherimaginaryanimals.com\/images\/koshercovercolorsat_copy_w806.png\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<table width=\"90%\" cellspacing=\"1\" cellpadding=\"3\" border=\"0\" align=\"center\">\n<tr>\n<td><span class=\"genmed\"><b>Quote:<\/b><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"quote\">With two page entries for each beast and a compact size, the delightful <span style=\"font-style: italic\">The Kosher Guide to Imaginary Animals<\/span> makes for some delicious bathroom (or busstop) reading for Jews and gentiles alike. And for the uninformed out there, <span style=\"font-style: italic\">cholent<\/span> is a traditional hearty Jewish stew that simmers for 12 hours or more.
