rules. We like the Zombieland.
But a sequel in 3-D
? The 3-D is a bonus, but not like veryone says, an "added bonus." By definition, a bonus is added.
I appreciate that they can do 3-D better now, with all their fancy computers and junk. But it's only 3-D-ish, not neat old school 3-D. I want stuff to jump out of the screen and hang over my head. I want water to splash me like at those 3-D shows at Universal theme park. But you need HD for that.
Night of the Living Dead: Origins
Someone that is not George Romero is making a prequel
to Night of the Living Dead
. It's in "3D CGI." Yay. More semi- 3-D. Unless the body parts fly out of the screen at you. I would accept that gladly.
Bad news: The news report uses the hellish word "reimagining."
Good news: It has some zombie movie stunt casting, with guys from the 1990 Night of the Living Dead remake, Halloween II and the 1978 Dawn of the Dead.
Probably bad news: It's all in CGI. So the whole thing will look like cut scenes from zombie fighting video games.
Good news: It already has primal, blood curdling terror built in, if the CGI people look like the ones in Polar Express.
