Star Trek Blu-Ray Owners Can Watch Convention Without Going To Convention

Owners of original Star Trek season 1 on Blu-Ray get access to daily updates from Europe's big Trek convention, FedCon.

Non-owners of the Blu-Ray set get nothing, and they better like it.

Star Wars Day: Today, Seriously

I write this on May 4, 2009. Someone decided that today would be Star Wars Day. So that everyone can say "May the Fourth Be With You."

And when they say that, I give you permission to do as I do: whomp them upside the head. Also allowed: Skobbing of nobs.

Peter Petrelli vs. Nerds in Ultradome

UltraDome is a Spike TV web series created by Milo Ventimiglia, Peter Petrelli on Heroes. It features face-offs between nerd fans on nerd topics, such as Han Solo vs. Indiana Jones. Petrelli -- I mean, Ventimiglia -- said, "With Ultradome, we can bring these debates to the public and settle them in the most logical way possible: through armed combat."

The fans fight at the end. Petrelli represents Lord of the Rings in a fight vs. Star Wars in the first episode.

Can I be on this show? I will represent Manimal vs. everything else.

Terminator 5 Will Go Back In Time Like Terminator 1

The director with the shortest name, McG, says Terminator 5 will involve Mr. Christian Bale going to the present day to try to stop Skynet. Good luck with that. The present day stinks.

This will make the Sarah Connor Chronicles fans' brains explode.

RevolutionSF's Joe Crowe is already planning Manimal Day.

Re: T5: I suppose, when you're continually monkeying with the time/space continuum throughout a movie/t.v. series as the Terminator franchise has done, what's one more mucked up entry?

R2D2 is asking for a match with C3PO. He's tired of his mouth.

Ever stand in a room full of Star Wars fans? Today is clearly Stinko de Mayo.
