RevolutionSF Newsblast : Chuck, Transformers, Dragonball, He-Man

RevolutionSF Newsblast is sci-fi news with all the blandness and bad writing removed. Today's sponsor: the Chuck online game Sniper School. Finally, something to do when you are not watching Chuck.

Chuck Features More Bakula

Scott Bakula will play the never before seen dad on Chuck. Unfortunately for Enterprise captain fetishists, it will be later this season, not on the 3-D episode. Scott Bakula is too much for the third dimension.

English Comics Fans Think Law Might Apply To Them

comics fans in the UK are spazzing about a pornography law proposal. They say if it's interpreted badly, mainstream comics could be outlawed, too.

This is why the nerdily inclined should stay away from politics. It leads to freaking out.

Dragonball Movie Hurts Spike, Has Camera on Fists

An interview with the Dragonball movie choreographer said they put cameras on the actors' fists. That is excellent. Except, I think it's the stuntmen who will be throwing the punches. In other news, James Marsters, the former Spike on Buffy, plays Piccolo. He said during filming, "I thought my body would break." I guess he didn't know that actors have to do things.

Transformers Director Lays Down Challenge

Transformers director Michael Bay says he would like to see Transformers take on Terminators. Well, us, too. Our whole lives. Duh. It's about time movie makers came around to our way of thinking. What's next? Somebody trying to make a He-Man movie again?

Somebody Trying To Make He-Man Movie Again

They're trying again to do a He-Man movie. For those of you who say, "Hey, what happened to originality in Hollywood?" I ask, "Have you ever seen any movie?"

If they want to put He-Man in a movie, I will watch it. Especially if Orko is in it, because I love a midget in a dress.

RevolutionSF's Joe Crowe has gotta have faith of the heart.

What number appears here?

I liked the original He-Man movie. It was entertaining without being too nasty for kids. I still reccommend it to parents when they're looking clueless in the Kids section of the video store.

Dr. YoKai would like to see Transformers BECOME Terminators, meatbag. ( I am not a bending robot writing from the future. )
