Evil Dead Musical To Be Evil Dead Musical Movie

The Evil Dead musical is a good thing, as RevSF staff writer Laura Eldred notes. Now its people want to make it a movie musical, with singing and stuff. The only bad Evil Dead is no Evil Dead. And this play looks to be unlike other musicals, in that it will not have people singing about their feelings, except for pain and/or fear.

Children of the Corn Remake: Saaaaa -- lute!

More Children of the Corn! Sixteen sequels were not enough! Sci Fi calls it a remake, so that means Children of the Corn canon is out the window. I demand they consider continuity! At least give some cameo appearances to the corn from the first movie.
