About the Author
New writer Lou Antonelli isn't really a new writer at all. A longtime newspaper editor and reporter with multiple awards from Texas Press Association in editorial, column and feature writing, Antonelli has recently turned his hand to science fiction with impressive results. About the Artist
Jaxon Renick is a multi-talented artist of Native American descent with a long history in the comics field. (Besides reading them!) He has worked on projects with DC, Marvel, and a number of independent lines, and has done artwork for published articles. He studied various media and styles at the Kansas City Art Institute. Renick is many things to many many people—beloved by millions in Thailand, despised by several in the U.S., and (so far) ignored by billions elsewhere. He is also known to be a bit of a smartass, but with a heart of plated gold. Jaxon may be reached at: renegadelizard@ev1.net.

I wouldn't praise an author so highly that can't be bothered to proofread his own work. page 4: "What would crystalline quartz would look like after being"... page 5: .."I was able to make 'gold' out of think air".. Lou Antonelli - you are not notable enough to be in Wikipedia, stop adding yourself. You're not a good writer.

Brilliant! To my limited knowledge, the chemistry and physics involved seems plausible and consistent. I also like the way alchemy is linked in, by way of confusing element 126 with mercury, and the characteristics observed. GavinFlower@yahoo.com
