A regular contributor to Interzone, Zoran Zivkovic's speculative fiction is steadily becoming more well-known and popular in the United States. Specializing in "mosaic novels" featuring several interrelated stories, Zivkovic's works include Time Gifts (which features "The Astronomer"), The Writer, Impossible Encounters, Seven Touches of Music and the forthcoming Steps Through the Mist, all of which are available through the Ministry of Whimsy Press. He currently lives in the city of his birth, Belgrade, Yugoslavia, with his wife Mia, their two twin sons Uros and Andreja, and their two tomcats. His website can be found at ZoranZivkovic.com.
