Third Rock From The Sun Offensive To Aliens

Zen Comics Publishing has named the sitcom 3rd Rock From the Sun as the TV show most offensive to aliens.

The publishers of the Zen: Intergalactic Ninja comic book have included the Petition Against Alien Discrimination on their website for years. It has been signed electronically by thousands.

Steve Stern, the publisher, says that 3rd Rock From the Sun (or in the clever parlance of its fans, 3rd Rock) portrays aliens as fools who cannot operate in human society.

While X-Files and Independence Day make aliens seem scary, this show just makes them seem stupid.

Says Stern, "Today, on the cusp of the new Millennium, the spate of anti-alien movies and tv shows is spreading a more insidious form of discrimination, namely against those who are simply different from us. There's a spillover effect on how we treat other humans, as well."

Everyone who believes that aliens are not being portrayed fairly should write NBC and urge them to include a positive alien role model.

Like, maybe bring back ALF.

Never mind. He was unfair to cats, with wanting to eat them and all.

This is obviously a ploy by The Government to ferret out aliens hiding among us, by forcing them to publicly complain.

Maybe we don't want them to complain.

RevolutionSF cannot be held responsible for news editor Joe Crowe's irrational grudge against Third Rock from the Sun. Got Dick?
